JOIN US FOR A LOOK BACK AT 2020 AND MEET SOME OF THE TEAM!

2020 is in the books. Despite the unexpected year we had, we were able to find some bright spots to share with you!

What we have learned…

We have learned that our mission, our team, and our patients are strong, resilient, and determined!

With the constantly changing situation around COVID, our mission stood strong… To serve! Our team continued to be patient and dedicated to personalized, individual care! And our patients trusted us through it all! With regular communication and involvement with various resources, we were able to stay up-to-date with recommendations, despite the evolving situation.

What we are proud of…

First and foremost we are proud of our team! We may be biased, but we believe that we have the most passionate, caring team out there! Our team takes the time to talk and learn what patients want. They take the time to truly hear our patients. They do this each and every day and have taken this to the next level with the increased fear and anxiety around the events of 2020.

We are proud of our outpatient division for being recognized by as a top physical therapy providers in the area:

Last and certainly not least, we are proud of our Home Health Division, Renaissance Home Health, on achieving a 4 star rating from Medicare. We have room to grow and improve, and we always will! But this rating puts us 1-1.5 stars above our most of our competitors throughout Greater Philadelphia Area.

What we look forward to…

We look forward to new opportunities, including building relationships throughout our area to develop community initiatives to serve!

We look forward to new opportunities to expand our outpatient clinic outreach!

And last, but not least, we look forward to continuing to build out our new web presence at:

FIND THE HOPE. BE THE HOPE. SHARE THE HOPE.

Thank you for opening our email!  I know this time of year you are getting bombarded with different sales and spam emails, including this one!  So we don’t take it lightly!  Simply put, we want to clear the air!

The last year has been such a whirlwind for everyone, including us.  In the midst of a global pandemic, social unrest, and economic turmoil, the one thing that we kept in sight is our mission: TO SERVE!

With health care change upon us, along with a fear of exposure to the virus, we put branding aside and kept to the basics: streamline, pivot, and reach! (swimmers anyone?)

Throughout the last 8 months, we have developed ONE AMAZING team composed of two completely different companies now under the same ownership!  We have successfully developed a system that provides uninterrupted care from hospital discharge to achieving your goals!  Home healthand outpatient services combined.  We are truly the ONLY provider that can do this AND do it right!

How do we do it?  That is a conversation for another day, or maybe even a private Zoom meeting!  We are always open to talking.  Email us for a short meeting.

Why do we do it?  Now you're talking!  We do it, so you don’t have to!  Whether you are a doctor, patient, or family member, you will inevitably get caught in the “my ____ services are ending, now what?”!  Well… we have the answer without any break in care!

Don’t be confused with our name!  We are the same people just working together on a new level!  Contact us today to learn more, or check out or social media pages for some uplifting posts!
