No. We are an independently owned and operated organization. Our owner is a Physical Therapist and continues to treat patients. His love for helping others is what continues to drive us forward.
WHAT IS RENAISSANCE HOME HEALTH?
Renaissance is a team of local healthcare providers and support specialists dedicated to making a difference and impacting our patients' lives. We have Nursing, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Medical Social Work, and Home Health Aides. Our Support Specialists are our backbone! They assist in the day-to-day administrative duties, allowing our clinicians to focus on our patients!

At Renaissance you are treated one-on-one by the same team every time! We make every effort to not rotate our patients between different clinicians. You can expect continuity, assessment, customized/individualized treatment each and every time!

WHAT INSURANCES DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept a variety of medical insurances, worker's compensation, and motor vehicle plans. We verify insurance prior to your first visit every time, so there are no financial surprises. We also offer fee-for-service pricing with payment plan options.
IS A PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED?
Yes. A prescription is required, but we can help with that. Our Support Specialists work with your Doctor to get all of the required information so you can get the care you need!
WHERE DO YOUR REFERRALS COME FROM?
A large portion of our referrals come by word of mouth. We also have relationships with area organizations, including other home health agencies, inpatient rehabs, and hospitals, that trust us as a discharge option. Additionally, we have a growing number of area doctors, both family and specialty physicians, that recommend our services.
CAN I BE SEEN BY TWO AGENCIES AT THE SAME TIME?
No. Unfortunately, insurances will only pay for one agencies at a time, in most cases.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE HOSPITALIZED TO QUALIFY?
Not at all! As long as your doctor provided the orders and certifies the plan of care, you are eligible for home care services.
